Q. Can I order a product made from scratch?
A. We love nothing more than making something completely personalised. Tell us more through this form.

Q. Do you have Cash on Delivery?
A. Not yet. But, we’re working on it. At the moment, we have Netbanking / Credit Cards / Debit Cards / PayTM available.

Q. Is your website secure?
A. Your privacy is our biggest priority. We will never share or sell your information to any third party and the information we collect is solely used to contact you about your order if necessary. More on that here.

Q. I’m facing technical issues on your website.

Q. Do you make products in bulk / discounted rates?
A. Yes we do for most products. Email or message us and we’ll do our best to make it happen.

Q. Can we use any of your images?
A. You can use ONE image(and not a collage) as long as it clearly states that it is by The Craftables, and links back to our website.

Q. I want to share your products online. How should I do that?
A. This is awesome! Please tag us or use the hashtag #thecraftables, so we can see and share it too!


Q. Can I cancel an Order?
A. For orders placed online without any customisation, we can cancel the order within 2 days of placing it. Email us on to do so. Once shipped, we suggest following our returns policy (below).

For customised orders or orders made from scratch, cancelling the order will not be possible.

Q. What is your Returns Policy?
A. If your order is not in perfect condition or not as per the order details – we will always work with you on an exchange, refund or solution.

– Please email us on, within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will walk you through the process.

– Take a photo of the product. Especially if there is any defect.
– Do not dispose the packaging, labels and tags.
– For a return, the product must be in the same condition as it was when it was delivered.
– For an exchange or refund, we promise to thoroughly investigate what went wrong. So, we can process a refund or exchange only after we have gotten the product back.
– Shipping charges will not be refunded.
– Unfortunately, we won’t be able to arrange a pick up for returns.

Q. When will I get a replacement?
A. A replacement will be sent after the original item has been received in the following conditions:

a. The item(s) should be unused and unsoiled.
b. The packaging should have the original tags in place.

They should be returned within 5 days from the time you received the order. Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions can not be accepted. No amount will be reimbursed in this case 🙁

A replacement will be given for the same product with corrections made. You can not exchange it for another product or design.

Q. Is my order confirmed?
A. Once your order is placed, we’ll send you an email with the info. Also, we’ll email you when we ship your order. If you haven’t gotten these emails, please email us on contact@thecraftables and we’ll look into it.

Q. When will you ship my order?
A. Usually, we will take 3 – 10 working days to deliver, from the time it is ordered. If there is any change in this timeline or we are unable to deliver due to factors out of our control, we will definitely let you know. If it is an order made from scratch, we will discuss the timeline with you before finalising the order.

Q. How can I check the status of my order?
A. Please email us on and we will send you the status.

Q. What are your shipping charges?
A. There are three shipping prices for our products, depending on the type of product. This will be auto-generated by our website when checking out. Basically for any order less than Rs 725 we charge Rs 70. For orders between Rs 726 – Rs 2500, it’s Rs 100. And for orders valuing more than Rs 2501, shipping is free.

Q. Do you offer International shipping?
A. We currently ship within India through the website. For any special requests outside of India, please get in touch with us through our Custom Form.

Q. Can I have my order gift wrapped?
A. Usually, we don’t offer gift wrapping for our products. However, we can skip the invoice. Just email us your order number and tell us it’s a gift. We’ll make sure the amount isn’t mentioned in the package.
